PixeLINK® and its network of Distributors, Dealers and Value Added Resellers offer a variety of support services to industrial camera and microscope camera customers in order to maximize their digital imaging investment.
PixeLINK USB 3.0 cameras are compliant with the ‘USB3 Vision Standard’. As such, you can develop your own camera applications using either the PixeLINK Software Development Kit (SDK) or a 3rd party vision development platform that is also compatible with the USB3 Vision Standard. We continually test our cameras against a number of these platforms, including MATLAB (from MathWorks), LabVIEW (from National Instruments, using their IMAQdx drivers), and HALCON (from MVTec).
If you only intend to use the PixeLINK camera using one of these platforms (or similar), then you do not need the PixeLINK SDK.
