PL-D721PMU-T (OnSemi Python1300 sensor)

The PL-D721PMU-T camera based on an OnSemi Python1300 sensor, with its USB 3.0 interface links together the benefits of high frame rate CMOS technology with the high-speed data throughput of USB 3.0 technology.

PL-D721PMU-T GPIO enclosed monochrome camera provides low noise images for outstanding value in a broad range of industrial applications.

This camera features a 1.3 megapixel (1280 x 1024) resolution imager capable of 210 fps at full resolution.

The PL-D721PMU models of cameras are based on an ON Semiconductor CMOS global shutter sensor with a 1/2” optical format.

The extensive built-in image processing possibilities (image pre-processing) result in outstanding image quality, less load on the system and higher performance.

This camera provides the user choice of 8-bit or 10-bit digitization and a dynamic range of 60dB.

PixeLINK USB 3.0 cameras include a number of real-time image pre-processing functions. All functions mentioned below are performed by the FPGA inside the camera – with no additional CPU load – allowing the use of an inexpensive host computer.

GPIO Enclosed Camera: The GPIO enclosed case design offers you a 8-pin Hirose connector, robust, high-quality industrial camera that can be easily incorporated into a variety of system configurations.

PixeLINK’s industry leading SDK uses a common API for all cameras regardless of the chosen interface.

Software code developed for one camera is easily transferred to other PixeLINK models without the need to recompile.

Overall system costs are reduced and camera integration is simplified.

The flexible Region of Interest (ROI) control allows users to operate at higher frame rates by placing a lower resolution “window” on the imager at any location.
