PL-B771G-BL (Aptina MT9M001)
The PL-B771G-BL is based on the Aptina MT9M001 CMOS rolling shutter progressive scan sensor with a 1/2” optical format.
It is a high performance 1.3 megapixel monochrome board level camera designed for a broad range of industrial and machine vision applications and features a GigE interface.
The SXGA resolution (1280 x 1024) provides at 30 frames per second. The flexible Region of Interest (ROI) control allows users to operate at higher frame rates by placing a lower resolution “window” on the imager at any location with a granularity of 8 pixels x 8 pixels.
The sensor architecture provides superior anti-blooming compared to CCD sensors making the PL-B771 an excellent choice for imaging highly reflective objects or scenes with intense illumination.
Factory calibrated Digital Pixel Correction and on-board Flat Field Correction (FFC) provides image quality similar to high-end CCD cameras but at a much more affordable price.
External triggering and 2 general-purpose outputs provide users the flexibility to synchronize the camera with their processes and illumination.
Board Level Camera: This camera is designed for custom integration into OEM and end-user industrial applications providing an increased degree of mounting flexibility while maintaining the same feature set and image quality of enclosed cameras. The boards are connected to the sensor board via the onboard Molex connector or tethered via a 6” (other lengths are available) flat flex ribbon cable.
