Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Support Specialist will report to the President and is responsible for communicating directly with our customers and interacting with all departments within PixeLINK to coordinate and implement sales and marketing support programs.
We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales and Marketing Support Specialist that thrives in a competitive environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable working with online marketing applications to generate sales leads, working with customers and channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and assisting in closing sales.

Responsibilities
• Provide sales support to enterprise customers and geographically dispersed sales reps
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Ability to analyze marketing programs and adjust to increase effectiveness
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand our database of prospects within North America
• Process customer sales opportunities
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Requirements
• Sales/Marketing experience is an asset
• Ability to work in a technical sales environment
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, telephone and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• BA/BS degree, college diploma or equivalent
